Regulation 5 and 6 - Neighbourhood Area Designation (January 2015)
Cullingworth Village Council submitted a Neighbourhood Area Application to the Council on 14 August 2014. The Council undertook public consultation on the submitted application for a period of 6 weeks from 22 September until 3 November 2014.
As a post consultation body, Shipley Area Committee were invited to consider the Neighbourhood Area Application at its meeting on 26 November 2014.
This application was approved by the Council's Executive Committee on 13 January 2015.
